Remove seam seal in area -A- .

Information

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

Information
- Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle .
- Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well .

Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill .

2.1. Remove welded seams in area -A- .

Heat bonding surfaces.
