Preliminary Work

  1. Remove sports bucket seat. → Removing Folding Sports Bucket Seat  .
  2. Fit sports bucket seat on assembly fixture. →  Mounting Front Seat On Assembly Fixture  . 

    Information 

    The very front seat position is used to relieve the tension spring on the guide rail.

  3. Move sports bucket seat to the very front position.
  4. Remove front seat frame. → Removing Front Seat Frame  .
