Preliminary Work

  1. Remove front wheel. → 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL .
  2. Unscrew hexagon nut -1-  securing wheel hub to tension bolt using socket wrench 9471  . Another person is needed in order to actuate the service brake.

  3. Remove front brake disc → WM 465019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC .

    On vehicles with PCCB: → WM 465120 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT PCCB BRAKE DISCS .

    On vehicles with steel brakes: → 465019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC .
