Preparing Inner Side Section For Installation

  1. Fit in inner side section and secure it to the body. Check gap dimensions. → 5X00IN41 GAP DIMENSIONS .
  2. Prepare the marked connection areas for bonding and welding.

    Red Plug-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding
    Yellow Bonding + riveting
    8
    Blue    		 Bonding
    Magenta Bonding + resistance spot-welding
    Green Resistance spot-welding
