Removing Inner Side Section

Information 

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

1. Drill out spotwelds. Spotweld drill Nr.129 Pneumatic spotweld remover, Vario Drill WS 90 WE 1139 
   1. 1.1. Make a sufficient gap in area
   2. 1.2. Remove roof pillar reinforcement section.

   Information 

   Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

2. Drill out spotwelds. Spotweld drill Nr.129 Pneumatic spotweld remover, Vario Drill WS 90 WE 1139 
   1. 2.1.Grind down spotwelds -A-  from the inside.

   Information

3. Heat the marked bonding areas.
   1. 3.1. Remove inner side section.
