Preparing Side Panel For Installation

  1. Prepare connection areas for welding and bonding.
    Green Resistance spot-welding
    Yellow Resistance spot-welding + bonding
    Red Plug-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding
  2. Drill holes in area -A-  .

  3. Prepare wheel housing at the connection areas for bonding and welding.
    1. 3.1. Drill holes.

    Yellow Resistance spot-welding + bonding
    Red Plug-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding
