Installing Oil Cooler For Gear-Wheel Oil

Information
- Aluminum screws must always be replaced.
- Aluminum screws are secured using the yield-point-controlled method.
- Use special tool electronic torque wrench 9768 for this.
- To ensure that the screws are tightened uniformly, the specified tightening setting "light, medium or hard" must be used.
Information
- Replace molded seal.
- Grease molded seal with a light coating of Kluber Syntheso Glep (Part No.: 000.043.204.68).
- Fit oil cooler with a new molded seal and new aluminum screws.
- 1.1. Position transmission oil cooler and tighten screws uniformly.
- 1.2. Tighten screws -1 and 2-
.
Initial tightening 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.)
- Secure cable duct for B+ line.
- 2.1. Position cable duct -1- .
- 2.2. Fit and tighten the two screws at the right -2-
on the cable duct.
Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- Fit coolant hoses.
- 3.1. Connect coolant hoses -1 and 2- and close spring band clamps -3 and 4- .
- Hose clamping pliers Nr.192 can now be removed from the coolant hoses.
