Preliminary Work

  1. Remove the front wheel. → 440519 REMOVE AND INSTALL THE WHEEL AND CENTRAL BOLT .
  2. Pull the wheel bolt lock -1-  out of the wheel hub -2-  .

  3. Unscrew the hexagon nut -1-  securing the wheel hub to the tension bolt using the socket wrench 9471  . Another person is needed in order to actuate the service brake.

  4. Remove front brake disc.

    On vehicles with PCCB: → 465119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT PCCB BRAKE DISC .

    On vehicles with steel brakes: → 465019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC .
