Removing Front Side Section Trim

Information

Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle.
Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well.

Information

To reduce the unclipping forces and thereby the risk of damage during removal, the removal steps must be carried out at the accessible connection points using a suitable tool.

Unclip A-pillar trim and pull it out slightly -arrow- .

Remove front side section trim panel.

1. 2.1. Pull off the trim panel at the Velcro fasteners -arrow A- .
2. 2.2. Unclip trim panel in the A-pillar area -arrow B- and guide it towards the rear and out of the guide -arrow C- .
