Installing Rear Brake Calliper

Information 

• Replace brake calliper fastening screws each time they are removed  .

1. Fit the brake calliper in reverse order to removal.

   Use new fastening screws. Note that the screws for grey cast-iron and PCCB brakes are a different length (PET).

   Fastening screw securing brake calliper to wheel bearing housing

   Tightening Torque 85 Nm (63 ft. lbs.)  .

   Fastening screw securing brake line to brake calliper

   Tightening Torque 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.)  .

   Fastening screw securing holder to brake calliper

   Tightening Torque 10 Nm  .
