Installing Auxiliary Brake Light

Remove any sealant residue from the additional brake light and rear lid.
Information

The adhesive tape on the additional brake light must always be replaced during installation.
Stick in new seal for additional brake light.
Plug electric plug connection -1- onto the additional brake light -A- until the connector engages securely.

Insert additional brake light in rear lid.
Screw on fastening nuts -1- for additional brake light and tighten to specified Tightening torque 3.2 Nm torque.

Press in rubber sleeves on the left -1- right -2- and at the bottom -3- .
1. Left rubber sleeve in rear lid
2. Right rubber sleeve in rear lid
3. Centre rubber sleeve in rear lid

Check operation of auxiliary brake light.
