Installing Guide Sleeve

Information 

  1. Fit guide sleeve.
    1. 1.1. Position the guide sleeve.
    2. 1.2. Tighten fastening screws -1-  . Tightening torque 24 Nm (18 ftlb.)

    3. 1.3. Lubricate the guide sleeve with a light coating of Kluberalfa HM83-801. Lubrication point: -arrow-  .

  2. Grease the splines of the transmission input shaft with Longtime 3EP.
  3. Lubricate the contact points on the release lever with a light coating of Kluberalfa HM83-801. Lubrication points: -arrows-  .

  4. Fit release lever and release bearing.

    1. 4.1. -A-  : Position release lever -1-  together with the release bearing -2-  .
    2. 4.2. -B-  : Engage wire spring -3-  in the opening on the release lever from behind.
