Installing Transmission Oil Cooler

Information 

  1. Fit transmission oil cooler.

    1. 1.1. Position transmission oil cooler.
    2. 1.2. Screw in and tighten screws (M6 x 55) -1-  on the transmission oil cooler. Initial tightening 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.) 
    3. 1.3. Screw in and tighten screws (M6 x 20) -2-  on the transmission oil cooler. Initial tightening 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.) 
  2. Secure cable duct for B+ line.

    1. 2.1. Position cable duct -1-  .
    2. 2.2. Screw in and tighten the two screws at the right -2-  on the cable duct. Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
  3. Connect coolant hoses.

    1. 3.1. Connect coolant hose -1-  and close the spring band clamp -3-  .
    2. 3.2. Connect coolant hose -2-  and close the spring band clamp -4-  .
  4. Hose clamping pliers Nr.192 -3-  and -4-  must now be removed from the two coolant hoses -1-  and -2-  .
