Mounting Transmission

→ Observe guidelines for assembly and disassembly

1. Mount transmission.
   1. 1.1. Fit and tighten screws -3 to 6-  first, then screws -1 and 2-  .
   2. 1.2. Tighten all the screws. Tightening torque 85 Nm (63 ftlb.) 
   3. 1.3. Remove restraining straps.

   Information 

   • The coolant hoses must lock with an audible click when pushed into the plug-in couplings. 
2. Connect cooling water hoses -2-  .
   1. 2.1. Fit spring clamps -1-  .
   2. 2.2. Connect cooling water hoses and check that they are seated securely.

3. Connect cable plug -1-  for speed sender and vacuum hose -2-  .
   1. 3.1. Secure cable with a retaining clip -arrow-  .

4. Fit cable duct for B+ line.
   1. 4.1. Route and secure cable duct on the transmission.
   2. 4.2. Fit and tighten three external Torx screws (M6 x 16). Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
