  1. Disengage shift and selector cables on manual transmission.
    1. 1.1. Lever off ball joints -1-  on the exterior shift mechanism using disassembly tool Nr.21  .
    2. 1.2. Release shift and selector cables -3-  at the support -2-  and pull them out.
