Removing the sealing ring for the flanged shaft (front wheel drive)

  1. Remove front drive shaft. Refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT DRIVE SHAFT .
  2. Press out flanged shaft with two mounting levers.
  3. Lever out sealing ring using a suitable tool.
    NOTE: Do not damage the sealing ring seat!
