Removing heat exchanger

  1. Release the two fastening clamps for the coolant hoses of the heat exchanger and slide them back over the hoses.

  2. Carefully lift off the cover of the heat exchanger and remove from the body.

    Information 

    If the cover of the heat exchanger is damaged during removal, it must be replaced.

  3. Undo the two fastening screws -1-  and carefully lift the heat exchanger up and out.
