Installing Hydraulic Cylinder

  1. Position hydraulic cylinder -6-  with the drive lever on the convertible top support. Insert potentiometer fork into the bolt on the hydraulic housing (on the left side only).

    Route hydraulic line Fig 2 into the clamp under the water drain hose. In Fig 2 and Fig 2, press the hydraulic lines into the clips. Tighten fastening nuts -5-  . → Tightening torque: 17 Nm (13 ftlb.)+/-2 Nm (+/-1.5 ftlb.)

  2. Fit drive lever -2-  and secure with retaining clip -1-  .

  3. Insert splash guard -3-  into the chamber in the water drip pan -4-  .
