Installing wiper arm

WARNING: Electrically moved components

Danger of limbs being trapped or severed

→ Switch off electric power to drive motor.

→ Make sure it does not switch on again.

→ Check that there is no electric charge.

Fit wiper arm on the linkage, align it and secure with the fastening nuts -2- . → Tightening torque: 28 Nm (21 ftlb.)

Fit and press on cap -1- until the cap locks with an audible click.
Start the wiper, check wiping area and wiper rest position and adjust the wiper arms again if necessary.
