Removing ATF Cooler

Hot fluid
- Danger of scalding
→ Let the fluid cool down.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
WARNING:
Caustic fluids
- Danger of chemical burns
→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.
→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.
- Disconnect coolant hoses at the ATF cooler.
- Place oil collection pan underneath.
- Clamp coolant hoses at the ATF cooler -1- using hose clamps -3- .
- Press clamps together and pull off coolant hoses -2- at the ATF cooler.
- Disconnect ATF lines.
- Loosen screw -2- for clamping holder on Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK).
- Unscrew screws -4- and carefully pull off ATF lines -3- at the ATF cooler -1- .
- Remove ATF cooler.
Unscrew screws -2- and remove ATF cooler -1- .
