Installing Tunnel Support

Position tunnel support -1- into the guide on the air conditioning unit -2- (-arrow A- ) and guide it upwards at the same time -arrow B- .

Screw in fastening screws at the top -1- and bottom -2- of the tunnel support. → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) → Tightening torque: 9.7 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Guide strut -2- up into the tunnel support -3- (-arrow- ) and secure with the fastening screw -1- . → Tightening torque: 9.7 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Pull wire harnesses -1- through the tunnel support -2- (-arrows A- ) and engage at the tunnel support (holder) -2- (-arrows B- ).

Clip in tie-wrap for wire harness -1- at the tunnel support -2- (-arrow- ).

Position plug connection for center console -1- at the tunnel support -2- and secure it by turning in -direction of arrow- .
