Installing Display And PCM Operator Control Unit

- Push on the electrical plug connections for the display and operator control unit in the sequence -C, B, A- and the antenna amplifiers -D, E- until the plugs are felt to engage.
- Check that the locking tabs on the PCM are out, open the lock with an Allen key if necessary.
Information
Before sliding the PCM/radio into the installation slot, make sure that the electric lines are not trapped by the PCM/radio or damaged.
After installation of a new PCM display and operator control unit/radio, the system must be activated using PIWIS Tester II 9818 . → Programming PCM Display And Control Unit
- Push the navigation unit into the installation slot until the locks engage on the PCM housing.
- Screw in the locking screw for the PCM and tighten it.
