Information
- Fuel can be removed directly through the fuel filler neck on older vehicles or vehicles from other manufacturers by removing the connecting piece.
- Compressed air connection (connection for unlubricated/oil-free compressed air)
- 110 liter fuel tank (exchangeable tank, the scale on the side starts at 10 liters. All other markings are shown in 5-liter steps)
- Changeover lever (draining/refuelling vehicle)
- Operating pressure display (Displays the operating pressure of the pump. The value cannot be more than 6.5 bar)
- Connecting and disconnecting switch for pump
- Prepare fuel transfer unit for draining fuel.
- 1.1. Connect the fuel hose -1- to the changeover tank.
- 1.2. Connect the venting device (transparent hose) to the changeover tank.
- 1.3. Attach the pneumatic stop switch -3- to the tank and tighten the two knurled nuts.
- 1.4. Then connect the suction hose at the connection -1- .
- 1.5. Connect the venting device -2- .
- Connect the earth cable.
- 2.1. The earth cable must be connected to the vehicle while working with the unit. Use an unpainted metal part (e.g. the catch bar) for this -arrow- .
