Installing Valve-Stem Seals

Replace valve-stem seal.

Insert lower valve-spring plate.
1. 1.1. Oil the valve stem lightly and position assembly sleeve (shim set for valve-stem seals).
2. 1.2. Slide new valve-stem seal over the sleeve by hand.

Use Assembly Driver 9606/1 to press the valve-stem seal as far as it will go onto the valve stem -arrow- .
1. 2.1. Remove tool and assembly sleeve.
