Installing Solenoid Hydraulic Valve For Valve Lift Adjustment

Information 

Installation Position: 

  1. Installation position of valve for cylinder bank 1-3
  2. Installation position of valve for cylinder bank 4-6

Information 

  1. Replace O-ring -2-  and grease with Kluber Syntheso Glep (Part No. 000.043.204.68).

  2. Fit solenoid hydraulic valve with new O-ring at the correct position in the cylinder head.
  3. Fit two external Torx screws (E8, M5 x 12) and tighten to the prescribed tightening torque.

    → Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 ft. lb.) 

    1. 3.1. Connect cable plug.
