Removing Solenoid Hydraulic Valve (Outlet)

WARNING: Hot fluid
  • Danger of scalding

→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

  1. Place a container under the assembly point to collect engine oil.
    CAUTION: Hot components
    • Risk of burns

    → Let hot components cool down.

    → Wear personal protective gear.

  2. Remove solenoid hydraulic valve.
    1. 2.1. Disconnect the cable plug by pressing the spring clamps and pulling off the connector.
    2. 2.2. Unscrew two external Torx screws (E8, M5 x 12).
    3. 2.3. Engine oil will come out when you pull out the valve. 

      Pull the valve out carefully.

    4. 2.4. Collect emerging engine oil.

  3. Replace O-ring on the valve.
