Removing Solenoid Hydraulic Valve

Dirt and contamination
- Risk of damage to units or components
→ Protect components from dirt and contamination.
→ Clean or replace dirty components.
Information
- The metal strainers on the control ducts can spring off when pulling out the valve.
- The reason for this is that the spotwelds may have become loose due to vibrations.
- Check during re-installation that the strainers are still in place. If the strainers are missing, the valve will have to be replaced.

- Metal strainer
- Remove the valve.
- 1.1. Pull off cable plug -1- by pressing the spring clamps on the connector. Check installation position.
- 1.2. Unscrew two external Torx screws (E8, M5 x 12) -2- .
- 1.3. Pull off the valve.
- 1.4. If the valve is tight, use special tool Relay Puller 9235 to pull it off. Then protect the valve body with fabric tape.
- 1.5. Replace O-ring.
- Clean sealing face and cover bore hole.
