Installing Solenoid Hydraulic Valve

Dirt and contamination
- Risk of damage to units or components
→ Protect components from dirt and contamination.
→ Clean or replace dirty components.
Information
- The metal strainers on the control ducts can spring off when pulling out the valve.
- The reason for this is that the spotwelds may have become loose due to vibrations.
- Check during re-installation that the strainers are still in place. If the strainers are missing, the valve will have to be replaced.
- Fit valve with new O-ring.
- 1.1. Insert valve -1- and check installation position and correct cable plug position -arrow- .
- 1.2. Fit and tighten two external Torx screws (E8, M5 x 12) -2-

→ Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 ft. lb.)
