Installing The Condenser-Fluid Tank Line

Information 

Before re-installing the component, check the O-rings of the refrigerant lines for damage and replace them if necessary.

Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil.

Close off all lines and connections using suitable stoppers during removal.

Do not open the stoppers for the lines and connections until shortly before installation.

  1. Lay the refrigerant line under the heat exchanger hoses and screw down on line to fluid tank -2-  with fastening nut. → Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)

  2. Clip line into the holder.
  3. Position holder for refrigerant lines and secure with the fastening nut -1-  . Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)
