Removing Condenser-Condenser Line

Information
When loosening or tightening the refrigerant lines with line connections , always counter with the special tool assembly tool 9822 if possible.
When loosening or tightening the refrigerant lines with connections to air-conditioning components (e.g. condenser) , always counter with a size 21 open-ended wrench.
- Unscrew the two fastening screws -1- holding the air guide for the condenser.
- Pull the air guide forward and disengage it at the condenser -A- .
- Unscrew the fastening nuts for both holders line, open the holder and take out the line.
Information
Before re-installing the component, check the O-rings of the refrigerant lines for damage and replace them if necessary.
Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil.
Close off all lines and connections using suitable stoppers during removal.
Do not open the stoppers for the lines and connections until shortly before installation.
- Unscrew the fastening screws -1- of the line condenser-condenser and pull the line out of both condensers.
