Installing Servo Motor For Temperature Mixing Flap

  1. Position servo motor and engage actuating lever -A-  on the servo motor.

  2. Connect electric connector to servo motor until the connector is felt to engage.

  3. Position servo motor on heater/air-conditioning unit and tighten with the three fastening screws -1-  . → Tightening torque: 1.2 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.) 
    1. 3.1. First screw in one fastening screw.
    2. 3.2. Turn the servo motor and screw in the remaining two fastening screws.

  4. Switch on ignition and check function of servo motor by adjusting the air conditioning control.
