Information
If the control unit for the air-conditioning control system is replaced, the control unit must be coded using PIWIS Tester II 9818 . This adapts the control unit to the vehicle and equipment.
During coding, it is essential to guarantee the power supply for PIWIS Tester II 9818 . A battery charger with a current rating of at least 40 A must be connected to the vehicle battery.
The PIWIS Tester II 9818 instructions take precedence and in the event of a discrepancy, these are the instructions that must be followed. Deviations can occur with later software versions.
