Conversion to conventional wheel mounting (instructions for one wheel)

-1-  Hub cap for wheel bolt 1 Remove. N/A 
- Hub cap 1 (Not fitted) Use new hub cap (for conventional wheels),
-2-  Wheel bolt with cone ring (central bolt) 1 Remove.
→ 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL WITH CENTRAL BOLT - section on "Removing"
N/A 
- Wheel bolts (for conventional wheel mounting) 5 (Not fitted) Use new wheel bolts .
Fit conventional wheel with five new wheel bolts. → 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL
-3-  Wheel (tyre and disc wheel) 1 Remove tyre.
Replace disc wheels (central bolts). 
Fit, balance and install tyres on new disc wheels (for conventional wheel mounting).
Allocation can be found in PET and in the current Technical Information for wheels/tyres.
→ 444019 MOUNTING TYRES (REMOVING AND INSTALLING TYRES) - for vehicles with and without Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM) system
→ 440594 BALANCING/OPTIMISING WHEELS
→ 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL - section on "Installing"
-4-  Lockable wheel bolt/locking mechanism 1 Remove. N/A 
-5-  Wheel hub 1 Replace wheel hub and wheel bearing (wheel bearing will be damaged during removal).
→ Removing front wheel bearing
→ Removing rear wheel bearing
For allocation,
Install new wheel bearing and wheel hub (for conventional wheel mounting).
→ Installing front wheel bearing
→ Installing rear wheel bearing
- Wheel bearing (identical part with or without central bolts) 1 Will be damaged during removal. Install new wheel bearing Installing front wheel bearing description for wheel hub -5-  ).
-6-  Brake disc (grey cast iron or PCCB). 1 Following removal, remove driving pin -7-  .
Re-use brake disc if OK.
Install without driving pin -7-  .
-7-  Wheel driver. 5 Remove. N/A
