Group 17 - Lubrication

Oil pump:

  1. 1  - Fastening screw, M6 x 20 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  2. 2  - Cap screw, M36 → Tightening torque: 40 Nm (30 ft. lb.) 
  3. 3  - Fastening screw, M6 x 25 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  4. 4  - Fastening screw → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  5. 5  - Fastening screw, M6 x 95 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  6. 6  - Fastening screw, M6 x 30 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  7. 7  - Fastening screw on oil pump gear, M8 x 22 → Initial tightening: 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.) 
  8. 7  - Fastening screw on oil pump gear, M8 x 22 → Torque angle: 85°+/-5° 

Oil pan:

  1. Fastening screw, M6 x 20 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  2. Fastening screw, M6 x 25 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  3. Screw plug, M18 - replace seal → Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ft. lb.) 

Tightening sequence for upper and lower part of oil pan:

  1. Fastening screw, M6 x 20 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  2. Fastening screw, M6 x 60 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  3. Fastening screw, M6 x 20 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  4. Fastening screw, M6 x 45 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  5. Fastening screw, M6 x 20 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 
  6. Oil filter cover - replace O-ring → Tightening torque: 25 Nm (19 ft. lb.) 
  7. Fastening screw, M6 x 20 → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.)
