Removing Control Unit For Four-Wheel Drive (PTM)

NOTE:
Voltage peaks
- Risk of damage to load or to the control unit
→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.
- Fold the backrests of the rear seats forward.
- Lift the carpet lining up and remove it.
- Unscrew fastening screws -1- and loosen fastening nuts -2- .
- Turn the control unit holder around.
- Screw off the two fastening nuts -3- and remove the four-wheel drive control unit from the holder.
- Release connector for the four-wheel drive control unit -a- and pull it off.
