Draining ATF

NOTE: Fill level too low
  • Risk of damage to components.

→ Do not start the engine.

→ Do not tow the vehicle.

→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

  1. Unscrew drain plug -1-  and drain ATF.

  2. Replace sealing ring for drain plug and tighten screw. → Tightening torque: 22 Nm (16 ft. lb.)  .
