Installing Control Box

Information
- The ball socket is preset and must not be loosened.
- The control box is supplied as a complete spare part and includes the push rod, ball socket and decoupling plate as shown.
- Secure the control box -1-
using three new M5 lock nuts -2-

→ Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ft. lb.)
- Fit the control box and holder on the connecting tube.
- 2.1. Coat M6 fastening screws lightly with high-temperature grease.
- 2.2. Fit holder and control box using the screws -2-
and tighten screws.
→ Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.)
- Fit ball socket -1- on the ball joint on the flap lever.
- Attach connecting hose -2- and fit a new clamp -3- .
