Removing Heat Shield

  1. Support engine with a mounting jack.
  2. Screw off M12 collar nuts on the two engine mountings.
  3. Carefully lower the engine.
  4. Remove heat shields at the sides by screwing off the two speed nuts on each one → 635019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR BUMPER - "Removing" section.
  5. Unscrew two Torx screws (M6 x 12) -arrows-  and remove heat shields.
