Removing Exhaust Manifold

  1. Exhaust manifold with catalytic converter, side 4-6
    1. 1A  - Exhaust manifold with catalytic converter, side 1-3
  2. Metal seal
  3. Oxygen sensors
  4. Fastening screw, M8 x 21
  5. Metal seal for three-hole flange
  1. Unscrew three M8 lock nuts -1-  on the three-hole flange for the front silencer.
    1. 1.1. The nuts must be replaced.

  2. Unscrew nine M8 x 21 external Torx fastening screws -2-  and remove exhaust manifold.
    1. 2.1. Remove and dispose of metal seal. The seal must be replaced.
