Installing Exhaust System

Information

Replace lock nuts and turbocharger flange seal

Fit new seals on the turbocharger flanges.
Fit exhaust system and heat shields.
Route oxygen sensor lines provisionally.
Position restraining straps.
Fit cheese head bolts (M8 x 50) -arrows- on the restraining straps.

Fit and tighten M8 lock nuts -arrows- . → Tightening torque: 27 Nm (20 ft. lb. )
Fit and tighten Torx screws (M6 x 12) on the heat shields. → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb. )

Route oxygen sensor lines and clip them into the corresponding holders.
