Installing Six-Point Seat Belt

Information
The six-point seat belt can only be used for safety on the race track.
- Pull six-point seat belt through the openings in the bucket seat.
- 1.1. Pull six-point seat belt through the top openings in the backrest -arrow A- .
- 1.2. Pull six-point seat belt through the openings on the sides of the seat frame -arrows B- .
- 1.3. Pull six-point seat belt through the bottom opening on the seat frame -arrow C- .
- Secure seat belt mounts to the body.
- 2.1. Secure fastening point 1.
- 2.1.1. Move bucket seat as far back as it will go.
- 2.1.2. Position spacer sleeve -5- , seat belt mount -4- and washer -3- on the body and secure with the fastening screws -2- . → Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)
- 2.1.3. Press caps -1- onto the fastening screws -2- .
- 2.2. Secure fastening point 2.
- 2.2.1. Move bucket seat as far forward as it will go.
- 2.2.2. Position spacer sleeve -5- , seat belt mount -4- and washer -3- on the body and secure with the fastening screw -2- . → Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)
- 2.2.3. Press cap -1- onto the fastening screw -2- .
- 2.3. Secure fastening point 3.
- 2.3.1. Position spacer sleeve -5- , seat belt mount -4- and washer -3- on the body and secure with the fastening screw -2- . → Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)
- 2.3.2. Press cap -1- onto the fastening screw -2- .
- 2.1. Secure fastening point 1.
- Loop technique for fastening the six-point seat belt to the roll cage cross member.
- 3.1. Feed the belt strap -1- in direction of arrow -inset- around the roll cage cross member into the adjustable slider -2- . The overhang -X- of the belt strap must be at least 100 mm.
- 3.2. Roll up the projecting belt strap -1- and hold it together with a tie-wrap -3- .
