Installing Fresh/Recirc. Air Servo Motor

  1. Slide servo motor into heater/air-conditioning unit as far as it will go and then swing it upwards.

  2. Clip the servo motor actuating lever onto the deflection lever of the heater/air-conditioning unit.

  3. Lay electric line to the servo motor -A-  and connect the electric connector to servo motor until it is felt to engage.

  4. Secure servo motor with the fastening screw -1-  . → Tightening torque: 1.2 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)

  5. Switch on ignition and check function of servo motor by adjusting the air conditioning control.
