Installing Middle Radiator

Information
The help of a second person is required in order to remove and install the middle radiator.
- Install radiator in bracket.
- 1.1. Make sure that the rubber sleeve of the radiator sits in the appropriate opening in the bracket.
- 1.2. Fit and tighten two hexagon-head bolts (M6 x 16, a/f 10) -4-
on the retaining frame.
→ Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.)
- Secure the radiator.
- 2.1. Fit left coolant hose with a spring clamp -1- .
- 2.2. Fit right coolant hose with a spring clamp.
- 2.3. Fit two hexagon-head bolts (M8 x 25, a/f 13) and M8 nuts (a/f 13) -2- and -3- .
- 2.4. Position the radiator.
- 2.5. Tighten two hexagon-head bolts (M8 x 25, a/f 13) and two M8 nuts (a/f 13) -2-
and -3-

→ Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft. lb.)
