Installing Additional Coolant Pump

Information 

For all lubrication points, use Kluber Syntheso Glep (Part No. 000.043.204.68).

  1. Install additional coolant pump. Grease hoses and connection pieces using the prescribed lubricant.
    1. 1.1. Fit lower coolant hose.

      Fit coolant hose -5-  to bottom of pump and tighten screw-type clamp.

    2. 1.2. Fit and tighten screw -4-  on additional coolant pump holder.

      → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.) 

    3. 1.3. Fit upper coolant hose.

      Fit coolant hose -3-  to top of additional coolant pump and secure with the spring band clamp.

    4. 1.4. Connect cable plug -2-  .
