Removing Oil Pan (Lower Part)

NOTE: Dirt and contamination
  • Risk of damage to units or components

โ†’ Protect components from dirt and contamination.

โ†’ Clean or replace dirty components.

  1. Remove lower part of oil pan.
    1. 1.1. Unscrew 23 inner Torx screws (T30) M6 x 25.

  2. Remove the oil pan.
    1. 2.1. Check molded seal and replace it if necessary. Replace O-rings on the sprue cones.

  3. Clean and degrease sealing faces (using solvent naphtha or metal cleaner for example). Allow parts to dry off well.
