Installing Oil Pan (Lower Part)

  1. Fit molded seal on the upper part of the oil pan and fit O-rings on the sprue cones.

  2. Fit lower part of oil pan.
    1. 2.1. Fit lower part of oil pan and check that the seal is seated correctly.
    2. 2.2. Screw in 23 internal Torx screws (T30) M6 x 25.
    3. 2.3. Screw in and tighten screws evenly according to tightening specifications → Lower part of oil pan  . Screws 1, 2, 5 and 6  must be re-tightened.

      → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.)
