Installing Oil Pressure Control Valve

  1. Replace and grease all O-rings.
    1. 1.1. Grease new O-rings with "Kluber Syntheso Glep" grease (Porsche Part No. 000.043.204.68) and fit them.
  2. Fit a new O-ring on the flange for the oil pressure control valve.
  3. Install oil pressure control valve.
    1. 3.1. Carefully insert the oil pressure control valve into the oil pan using special tool Relay Puller 9235  .

    2. 3.2. Fit and tighten union nut (M36 x 1 x 12) using special tool Socket-Wrench Insert 9753  .

      → Tightening torque: 40 Nm (30 ft. lb.)

  4. Install flange for oil pressure control valve.

    1. 4.1. Fit the flange.
    2. 4.2. Fit and tighten two external Torx screws (M6 x 20) -1-  .

      → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.) 

  5. Push on and engage the cable plug -2-  .
