Installing Oil Filler Neck

  1. Clean sealing face.
  2. Grease and fit new O-ring with "Kluber Syntheso Glep" grease (Porsche Part No. 000.043.204.68).
  3. Install oil filler neck in the crankcase.
  4. Fit and tighten oil filler neck using two external Torx screws (E10, M6 x 20) -1-  on the crankcase.

    → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.)

  5. Secure oil filler neck on the holder at the top.
    1. 5.1. Fit and tighten two external Torx screws (E10, M6 x 12) -2-  .

      → Tightening torque: 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lb.) 

    2. 5.2. Connect crankcase vent line -3-  .
