Causes And Remedial Action

Cause

Engine-oil level too high or
Older data record/version in DME control unit.

Remedial action

Check engine-oil level:

If engine-oil level is over Maximum marking:

→ Adjust engine-oil level to Maximum marking and

→ Clean the inside of the intake manifold.

If this is not OK:

→ Program DME control unit using PIWIS Tester II 9818 with test software version 26.000 (or higher) installed.
