Information

Re-tightening wheel bolts and checking that they fit securely relates only to the conventional wheel mounting (several bolts per wheel).

This is not necessary for wheels with central bolts!

  1. Re-tighten the wheel bolts to the specified tightening torque and check that they fit securely.
    • Use suitable commercially available tools (wrench size 19 mm) together with a tested torque wrench, covering the range of 130 Nm (96 ftlb.). Never use an impact bolter.
    • Do not loosen the wheel bolts to check whether they are secure. Re-tighten the wheel bolts and check that they fit securely.
    • Tightening torque: 130 Nm (96 ftlb.)
